How do I resolve an Adobe Acrobat error during an update?

 

For Windows

  1. Uninstall Acrobat from your computer
    • Go to Control Panel, you can type it on the windows search menu
    • Under Programs select Uninstall a program
    • Look for Adobe Acrobat application, then uninstall
  2. Reinstall the application thru Creative Cloud Desktop Application 
    • Go to Creative Cloud Desktop Application
    • Look for Adobe Acrobat Pro
    • Click Download

For Mac
  1. Exit the Adobe Acrobat Application
  2. Go to Applications Folder
  3. Drag the icon towards the trash button
  4. Empty the Trash

 

Note: Downloading application via Creative Cloud Application requires a stable internet connection.
