Be part of a great team of people with a passion to innovate and create value!

Join this year's GetCre8ive Internship Program!

Our internship applications are now available for young innovators who want to gain experience in systems and marketing management. This internship program is open to senior high and undergraduate college students who meet the necessary criteria.

What internship positions are available for this year?

Every year, GetCre8ive hires marketing and system interns from colleges and universities in the Philippines. Marketing and Multimedia interns work mainly on digital marketing and design whilst Systems interns focus on back-end processes and automation for our clients and partners. Often, the two kinds of interns collaborate through an innovative, easy-to-use, web-based customer relationship management (CRM) system.

FAQs

When will the program start?

The internship program is open every 2nd (April-June) and 4th (October-December) quarter of the year. Should you need to start at an earlier date (to comply with your college's requirements), your start date can be negotiated with the team.

WFH or on-site?

We work on a purely work-from-home system, communicating online through Google chat, calls, and daily meetings.

What are the work hours like?

You will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a lunch break from 12:00-1:00 PM). That is 8 hours a day, with a total of 40 hours per week until you complete your required internship hours.

How long is the internship?

Interns can render up to 200 hours of internship work (depending on their school requirements). Considering that the company works 40 hours a week, the internship program runs for a period of 1 to 2 months, depending on the pacing of the intern.

What if I have online classes along with the internship?

Missed work hours in a day because of online classes or unforeseen circumstances (i.e. blackouts, health emergencies) can be offset during the weekend (but is not recommended) or spread throughout the following weeks.

Are there benefits that come with the internship?

Yes! Should you be accepted into the internship, these awesome stuff await you:

  • a welcoming kit (delivered to your place)
  • monthly allowance
  • game nights with the team (with cool prizes!)
  • career coaching with a Gallup Strengths and/or Points of You certified coach
  • a graduation swag (with your Certificate of Completion)
  • possible job opportunities (even after your internship with us)
What if I have other questions about the program?
