Taking CVM Finance To The Next Level #GCCPartnerStories
CVM Finance, a GetCre8ive Partner, is a full service corporation that provides a broad mix of financial loan services that is available to the general public. They are a fully Filipino-owned company that aims to help all members of the community "from the smallest entrepreneurs such as market vendors, stall owners, fish pen owners and store owners to small and medium entreprises; from employees to retirees, as well as their families."
In order to help CVM Finance take their business to the next level, which mainly meant spreading their word further through the online world, we partnered up with them to offer help with their digital marketing. Through HubSpot, we believe that they can surpass their goals and help more fellow Filipinos achieve their business aspirations.
We sat down for an interview with Grace Orosco of CVM Finance to talk about how the process has been so far.
What is your business, CVM Finance?
Our business is financing in nature. Our customers are pensioners, micro-businesses, and SMEs. We provide financial support through pensions, pension loans, and other varieties of loan facility.
What problem/s did CVM Finance face prior to using HubSpot?
Our pains started through the monitoring of SME loans, since this product is not automated but manually transacted. We do our marketing manually also. Digital marketing is under discovery right now, so we are still hoping to explore HubSpot more. Also with tracing the history of engagement to customers.
How did you (together with GetCre8ive and HubSpot) solve this/these problem/s?
They guided us for two months with handheld training. Before the training ended, we upgraded into a premium account. So currently, we are using a synchronized e-mail for all of inquiries and SME loans. We've also added deals.
When it comes to the tasks, it's been very effective.
What was the outcome of the solution? (Were there ROIs or KPIs attained?)
We’re new to the industry of online. The transactions we’ve made on HubSpot total to 112. Out of 112, we have 59 successful releases or “wins”. That's 16M with an ROI of 96%. The efficiency is great. So I think, if we were to have digital marketing certifications from HubSpot and GetCre8ive, we can double the numbers together.
What was the impact of HubSpot to CVM Finance and its customers?
In HubSpot, there are designs or templates that we use. That’s the big impact for me. It would show if I’m important to the customer because I would know their reactions. “Did they read it? Are they snobbing you? Or did the email just bounce?” So it’s a big help on our part, it shows CVM Finance’s value. If we feel that we are not needed by this certain company now, there are a lot of other companies that need us more.
