Last April, the GetCre8ive A-team paid a visit to the OLFU College of Computer studies to participate in the "The Road to the Corporate World" job fair for their graduating students. The goal of the event was for companies to introduce the corporate work life to the jobseekers, while giving them the opportunity to get to know their prospective employers.
The Program
The program began with an opening ceremony and remarks from the Dean of the College of Computer Studies, Dr. Raymond S. Macatangga. Later, an awarding of certificate was held in appreciation for the different companies that participated in the job fair.
At the job fair proper, OLFU alumni and GetCre8ive Design Guru David D'Angelo was able to share his story of how he started as an intern at GetCre8ive after meeting at a previous job fair, which led to his job as a designer for the company.
