During the event, Senior Customer Success Manager, Tara Preece, and Implementation Consultant, Lillie Shulman, provided an in-depth presentation on the 2024 product roadmap. This detailed overview included a clearer delineation of monday.com's product categories – work management, sales CRM, and dev – while also teasing upcoming releases of new add-ons for these products. Rohini Sharma, Industry Lead at monday.com, delved into the art of delivering value at speed. Drawing from her personal experience of spearheading the development of the monday dev product and its implementation within their own team, Sharma offered invaluable insights into the principles of an agile mindset. She outlined three fundamental principles essential for achieving agility: first, commencing initiatives with a clear outcome in mind; second, breaking down silos within organizational structures to foster collaboration and efficiency; and finally, adopting an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Sharma's profound knowledge and firsthand experiences illuminated the path toward streamlined and rapid value delivery, emphasizing the significance of an agile mindset in today's fast-paced business landscape.

Learning Leadership with Adam Goodes

The mainstage concluded with a captivating conversation between Former Sydney Swans Football Player, Adam Goodes, and the skillful moderator, Adam Spencer, setting the stage ablaze with insights into leadership and personal growth.
